Hi Ron, may I ask why you said "besides Red Rock". Do they have a bad reputation? Also, I'm curious if you have found a good property mgr in Birmingham? I am currently under contract for 5 properties and am looking for a good property mgr.

Just signed on with J Benoit, Decas Group and his team. My wife and I somewhat struggled with REI Management Services, LLC and had to make the decision to try someone new in order to grow our business.
@Paul Lund I know its been awhile since this thread but how is it going with your PM? I'm in Redlands CA, and I just bought a multi unit in Birmingham and I'm not happy with my current PM. Thanks! -Kris
I have used Decas for a couple of years without issues. Typically, Paige is very responsive. However, in the last couple of months I have been struggling to get a hold of them. They seem to be ghosting me. Not sure if they are going through rough times.
Anyone else haveing similar experience with Decas Group?
