Hey there! I'm reaching out to fellow multi-family syndicators and investors to connect and network. I truly believe that networking is key to success in multi-family real estate—it's amazing how small the world can feel if you don't know where to connect! So, I'd love to hear about your favorite meet-ups or online gatherings for multi-family real estate networking in Minnesota. Drop a comment below or feel free to shoot me a message. Let's connect and grow together!

Hi Zach, I've syndicated 6 assets.  PM me if you'd like to connect.

Zach, This is a very tough climate for being a limited partner in a multifamily syndication. Be very careful with where you send your money. There are many great opportunities for investment in your area where you will have the title and be the captain of your own destiny. If, as captain, you want it to be passive let a PM handle the property for you. At least you can make changes if things go badly.

Please take time to read the stories posted here and in the syndication thread of discontinued distributions, lack of updates, loss of principal, phony syndiators pleading guilty to Ponzi schemes, etc. It's a very risky space teeming with fraud and not suitable to a new investor.
