Learning and Preparing for My First Small Multifamily in Washington

Hello everyone,

My name is Olaf, and I am based in Yakima, Washington. I am currently learning about real estate investing and preparing for my first small multifamily property, ideally a duplex or triplex, through an FHA or other low down payment program.
