Experience with converting attic into legal unit
Hi RIBP community -- I'm currently evaluating a few properties which, given the new RI ADU regulations in Providence would allow conversion of a currently unlivable (unfurnished) 3rd floor / Attic space --> a legal 3rd unit. Does anyone here have any recent experience or contacts (GCs / investors) I could reach out to discuss further to understand potential complications and costs? Thanks.
