Best Multi-Family Towns in NJ

Hi everyone! I'm looking to get started by investing in multi-family properties. I am looking to invest in NJ. What are some of the best towns in New Jersey for multi-family investing?

I live in Northern NJ, but I am open to investing in Central or Southern NJ as well.

@Steve Wilcox  I have been looking into those areas and I know that you have to be pretty selective in what parts you choose. How did you decide on the best areas in those markets? How did you get comfortable with these areas?
