Hi BP, I'm in the process of buying a deal in the Tampa area, is a 10 unit apartment condo package located in 4 different buildings within the complex. I need the help of a good lawyer in florida that knows multi family investing, any suggestions and recommendations? Thanks in advance

Attorneys are common in the Northeast, in some states mandatory, as part of the real estate transaction process. Here in Florida, however, the real estate agent prepares the HUD and does all of the work that an attorney does up there. Honestly, I prefer having an attorney involved but they aren't commonly involved in RE here in FL. Make sure you are spending your money wisely if you involve an attorney from FL since they may not be doing much unless you specify what you want done. Congrats on the deal btw.
