I am located in the central Virginia area and I am looking to assist an experience investor in their endeavors. I have time and energy. I’m am committed to being successful in real estate investing.

I love where your head is at!  Dial that in a little more...  What is your superpower?  Numbers and underwriting?  Are you a people person?  Can you help a syndicator raise capital?  Are you willing to travel and help with due diligence?

    @Barry Inge - Dude - awesome! I've been telling people on here to do this exact thing and that will help them become experienced.

    I echo what @Chris Tracy asked - what is it that you would be able to help out with specifically?

    3 things greatest to least :

    -I can execute and write plans.  In my mid 20s,  I was able to created a nonprofit with no education in business.  A man of action, 

    -also a influential communicator. 

    -I have a great eye for martket analyzing. I can determine the pro and cons of a market.

    That's awesome Barry.  To help guide you... the 3 biggest needs IMO as far as buying apartments are concerned:

    #1- Finding deals

    #2- Raising capital

    #3- Underwriting

    #4- Random tasks such as due diligence, etc.

    Since it sounds like you have some sales skills... perhaps you can help people w/ #2?

    As Chris Tracy mentioned, you may do well with capital raising with what you described. If this is a route you may be interested in reach out out to @David Thompson he does this for a living and is a world of knowledge in the capital raising world!
