How do i find good Property management for 20+ Units

Question

How do you know who to pick? Is it better to just pick a big company or should I train a friend up to manage it?

Hi Ricardo,

Are the properties in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have been in property management for eleven years, If the asset is in Utah, I would be happy to speak with you about pricing for professional management of your asset.

Best,

Gina
