You'll find quite a few vendors online by searching for that specifically. Depending on which states you are working, there may be other alternatives as well. @Jim Growfer Phone numbers are part of the public records. Listsource can help you generate leads, but, tracking them down and finding additional information is on you. There are many ways to find an owner's contact number:
Consulting a tax assessors record is a very reliable method to find exactly what you are looking for. If a person is an absentee owner he will still have to pay tax on his property. So, this is a sure fire way to find the contact of the actual owner of the property.
In short, just try to look up any and all public records that correspond with your target property. These records will reveal contact numbers and much more.

Additiaonly for entity held propertiy, find the entity name and search the Secretary of State for that state for additional contact info. Many times you’ll find direct phone numbers that have been written on forms scanned into their system.
Reonomy and Costar advertise having phone numbers and contact info such as email addresses. You could check out those sites and talk to a representative to double check and see if they would be a good fit for you. Costar is pretty pricey and Reonomy has a free trial but will be around $200/mo for the plan that will likely provide what you are looking for.
