I am fairly new to investing. I own 1 townhouse and a duplex in idaho falls, Idaho. I am looking to learn and make sure im doing everything right! Excited to be part of bigger pockets.

@Don Spafford how is the real estate market there? I live about 3 hours away but I am really considering starting my career investing there. I am 19 years old so my plan is to house hack. I’d be buying my first property Around June-July but am trying to decide on the location.

@Abel Santana Hello, I suppose the first question to ask is if you will have a job here or some other source of income to support yourself and qualify for a loan to do a house-hack. Otherwise it is a great location for doing a house-hack. I assume you have visited the area. I'll send you a PM with more info.
@Don Spafford I have already talked to a couple banks, gone through an overview of what I need and Every banks says I shouldn’t have a problem with getting approved for a loan. Some even encouraged me to apply for one and yes, I would just transfer workplace.
