Hello all-

Would anyone happen to have a LOI example that you wouldn't mind sharing? I can look up an example online, but I know the majority of you folks are much wiser than the average Google search.

The best thing to do would be to get one from the Real Estate attorney you plan to use for the deal.

It's not too dissimilar to an Offer to Purchase Letter stating the terms of the deal, price, and timeline that you need to complete the transaction. Unlike the OtP, this document is often drafted by an attorney who can prepare it for you. In most states, they're also a licensed real estate broker also.

I would speak to your real estate attorney so you can get one drafted that he or she approve of and hits all the points.
