Hi BP,
My name is Kyle. I am looking to network with Canadian Multifamily Investors who have purchased properties in the US. Specifically investors that have purchased apartment building in the US. My goal is to purchase a 15-24 Unit C class property. I live in Toronto Canada, and would like some insight on how you went about acquiring your team and mitigating risk. Also if you have any references you can share that would be really helpful.

@Kyle Leeyaw there are dozens of BP members in Toronto who invest in the US. There are regular meetings and a great networking opportunity for you. I lived in Toronto years ago and invested in California-early 80's subsequent to moving to live in the US a few years later.

@Kyle Leeyaw not sure if you know Seth Fergusen but he's a Canadian in or getting into MF deals here in the US. Could be a guy to reach out to and collaborate with.
@Kyle Leeyaw start taking action and calling the people you need to make connections with. You might have to call 10-20 different people but it's the best way to start.
