Does this price history say anything about why this property is for sale?

You didn't post the price history so it's unclear what you mean. But, Zillow price history shouldn't be considered an appraisal. They generally take the average of houses around the property even when there can be huge differences in curb appeal, updates, design and maintenance in the houses. Allow, there are ways to manipulate data regarding Zillow estimates.

@Mike M. Sorry, I was vague. I am taking as far as the rental history goes. It seems it was for rent a few months, then for sale, etc. trying to see if the agent had a hard time renting the property. ( I am under contract and look for every negative possibility to prevent acquiring a bad deal). This listing history just didn’t sit well with me. A lot going on.

Go  it. Sometimes pricing is too high and sometimes when new information comes in the price will be adjusted up or down to be competitive or to hurry a sale, depending. You can always ask. That's information that shouldn't take much trouble to get.

@Steve O. you have provided zero info and not really understating what renting a property has to do with selling it . Run comps, run the numbers if it makes sense buy it , KEEP IT SIMPLE . Also I suggest teaming up with a more experienced investor, LEARN then apply what you learn

    Good Luck
