Physical Size (footprint) of Small apartment buildings?

Good afternoon,

I'm drawing out some sketches for a site plan and am curious to know what a couple of basic footprints would be (roughly) for an 18 unit and a 24 unit apartment building. Both 3 story, exterior stairs, roughly 1000 SF units. (Ordinances aside, looking for standard answer)
