The value of color paint on the Property
I've just purchased my first SFH and I am rehabbing it to rent out and eventually sell in the late future. However, I am curious to know which colored paint for the interior and exterior of a how can bring the value low or get it higher. I would appreciate any knowledge on the subject and if it really makes an impact of the value of the property.
