Patrick Cosgrove with Marcus and Millichap. He listed an apartment for me. Super knowledgeable guy and straight shooter. 

CBRE wouldn't take my listing ($1.4m) as it was too small of a deal for them.

    @Adam Lacey look up Marcus and Millichap, CBRE, ARA Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Berkadia

    Those are all bigger brokerages that likely have a Nashville presence. Find out which brokers are selling apartments that hit your criteria.
