You make some great points. There is a wealth of information on this site and tons of great people. I’ve been able to connect with brokers, property managers, and experts in the field. Plus, expand my knowledge with the resources on this site.

Rich Dad would say its better to use someone else’s money to buy property . So, I chose to pay for education and learn how to do just that :)

At the end of the day, do the things that work best for you. With my learning style, taking the program was a great fit.  Others may not need or require it.

The great thing about Bigger Pockets is all the information you need to start your investing career is right here. There are thousands of successful investors, real estate agents, lenders, etc willing to share their experiences and knowledge without you having to risk thousands of dollars online with someone you don't know. Personally I'd be saving my $$ for a down payment toward a property.

Yes.  Best $ I ever spent. You just have to do the work.  Take it as fast or slow as you need to go to understand and grasp it. He goes at your pace and has the patience to repeat and revisit the same topics until you get it.

Hugh is legit.  He has an extremely well organized system.  He has a proven track record of success.  He runs an academy type program with training videos, coaching, etc.  He is also very straight forward and does not “blow smoke”.  If you follow what he has in place, you could very reasonably accomplish the goals you set out. Worth every penny. I’m not sure what he is currently charging but if you are serious about learning and doing the work- buy the program.

I’m not sure of his current prices. From what I recall he tells you up front when you talk to him. He’s not going to surprise you with anything additional once you sign up.

Thank you for your feedback, just my background I work 10-12 hour days M-F. He is charging around 8k, I am definitely willing to put in the work & not sleep if it comes to it lol. But spending the 8k would be hard for me at the moment and is it worth the 8k. You have personal experience with him?
