Seeking HELP! Lenders great w construction of Property

I bought a property in Indianapolis, Indiana with the to renovate state of property or reconstruct into duplex to be used a rental. I'm having some issues finding lender that deal with investment properties in Indiana. ANY SUGGESTION would be greatly greatly appreciated.
