Multifamily Investing in the USA

Hi everyone,

Myself and my business partner are real estate investors in Ontario, Canada. Our investment portfolio has done well here in Canada, but we would like to expand. We are currently in the process of researching different cities in the USA, and we think that it is a great place to invest in. We hope to expand our portfolio into the USA as soon as possible!

We’re hoping to make connections with some investors and real estate agents based in the United States, and find creative ways to partner up and make deals happen. We hope to learn as much as we can about investing in United States real estate from Canada. We’re always looking for deals and are ready to pull the trigger when the next one comes along.

Hello Justin !

I recommend to check with Rent To Retirement for the right asset and deals.

They also have financing options specifically for Canadians. Good Luck !
