Hi all!
I have a buy-and-hold portfolio consisting of SFRs and small multifamilies in South Bend and Chicagoland, and would like to buy something larger (5+ units) in North Indiana/Southern Michigan. I am currently based out of South Bend, but would be open to investing in areas such as Niles, Elkhart, Michigan City, Valparaiso, Plymouth, etc. I'd love to connect with other investors in the area to get a better lay of the land as it relates to commercial multifamily.
Are there any meetups specific to commercial multifamily for Northern Indiana?
Hi Alex. You named a few places where you'd like to invest. Are you open to any cities west of Valparaiso? Also, what is your price range for sfr's, or are you just interested in multi units?
@Scott Swanson I'm certainly not opposed to west of Valparaiso if there are good deals (and it isn't as far west as IL). I'm just interested in multifamilies at this point - SFRs are becoming a burden to manage for me at this point, even with a property manager. Price range would be up to ~$2 million.
