Has anyone gone through the new construction process before to resell houses to retail buyers? Looking to build a few houses here in Florida and trying to find a reputable general contractor that works with investors that would like to create a mutually beneficial partnership. Looking forward to connecting!

Hi Raymond, I'm a FL state certified residential contractor and real estate agent, I have been doing new constructions in St. Augustine over the last three years. Currently working with a number of investors to build.

I'm specialized in finding and buying land, turn-key building a house at a fixed price and doing property management. Investors can choose any of my service a la cart, hire me to do a one-stop shop for a package discount rate, or don't use any of my services and just wanna chat (yes, you can ask me how to get your own FL license as well). Absolutely no pressure from me whatsoever.

Seeing you are from Miami, that's a different beast altogether. I've only heard from my instructors while getting my license that Miami-Dade county is a complete different experience.

    I am working the areas between Miami-dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Lee County.

    Do you have a lender who specializes in construction? I'm a licensed FL agent and I just found an amazing lender who I had a meeting with just two days ago. They are helping me with a 30 unit apartment building and I know they specialize in construction loans of 100m+ but if you have something above 2-5m they will look at that too.

    We have a private equity arm of our business that does ground-up urban infill construction projects...primarily in the Tampa Bay area. We also do ground-up construction loans for investors. We've done loads of ground-up deals. I do not have reputable contractors in the Miami area and, no offense, I don't know of a lot of successful flippers/developers that will give up the names of their GCs. It's like telling people about your favorite secret fishing hole. People will overfish it.

    me and my partner have 6 lots in Lehigh Acres, we are looking to build on and resell. do you work in that area as well?
