Hello everyone,I’m an experienced real estate investor with a background primarily in the rental space. I have been working in the Charlotte market for a while and have worked with a few good builders. It is a great market for investors looking for a long term investment to grow.
I can help with the land acquisition side , but may have some contacts for the build and would definitely be able to help find investors if your looking to move the builds.
