    I had looked at Saginaw from a BRRR strategy about a year ago, but never ended up pulling the trigger on buying anything.

    Are you looking at it to do ground up construction?

       I'm looking to wholesale some lots there.  I may consider keeping a few and building.  Was wondering if people are building in that area.

      I can assist you with getting the financing you need as you build/purchase.

      Hi i would love to have the list of wholesale lands you have
