How is Lennar building this cheap?? $120K a door NEW

OK,

We look for all opportunities to build at a low price and still build a quality product.  But how is this possible:

We are in Oregon, I can't get a lot for less than $160,000.    (OK, unless you Cluster Cottages), but that is a different story.

    These are tiny homes in small sections of town that are all tiny homes. These areas will be run down and not appreciating in a very short time. Don't just look at the price. You have to look at the area and the product being built. I wouldn't touch these...
