Just list the property on Land broker websites and offer all cash, financing or seller held you will get more traction that way versus a land broker unless its massive acreage then you could call a data center scout and pitch the land.
@Jason Wray Well since this land is in Pryor, Google already beat me to the data center! Great residential raw land, just don't want to have a lazy broker sitting on it
