Newbie Seeking Partner in SoCal (Inland Empire)
Hello to everyone in SoCal (Inland Empire) Moreno Valley, Riverside California area. There is a 5 acre lot that I am very interested in. It’s in a great residential neighborhood with houses at a medium price of 300k. The Lot belongs to my Pastor with a clear title. If anyone wants in with me. I will give you details about the lot and location. I had a contractor go out and look at the property and he states it can be a great deal for a great price of the lot. I will also be getting appraisals with a few more contractors to seek the best deal of contractors. I’m open to your contractors and expertise in development. Thank you
