How much to put in on remodeling a multi family apartment.

So we find a lot of houses that are really cheap practically a steel when does it become that you are putting down too much on the house to fix u if it needs an entire remodeling

Before purchasing any property, you have to calculate the potential cash flow for a rental property or potential profit for a flip.
That's the only way to know if you are putting in too much on the rehab.
