For starters John, I have not done a remodel on a manufactured home. You can remodel them, but before you get involved you will want to consider that they may be more difficult for your end buyer to finance. Financing will be easier if the home is on a permanent foundation and the newer it is, the better. Good luck!

@John Ala Yes, they are just like a regular home except easier. Windows and doors are easier. I would not do one as a flip though. You cant make much that way but they make good rentals. You cant be a remodeler in rural Texas and not have worked on one. You would go hungry.
