Hi Monea! Good idea! Way to make the most of this time. The steps are relatively simple although they may vary from state to state. This is the process I followed for Ohio. You register for the classes online, study, take the exams for each class and pass with the required grade. Then you find a brokerage to work out of. All realtors must be affiliated with a brokerage. Once your brokerage agrees to work with you, they sponsor you to take the licensing exam. Once you pass, you are an agent! Then you go through the onboarding process with your brokerage and you really begin to learn how to help clients buy and sell real estate.
