I am excited to announce that the first prototypes are ready to install in Las Vegas. I've been really stoked about this project since I found out about them a while ago. If you are in Las Vegas and are looking for an ADU you're in luck. I have two "casitas" and a two bedroom two bath 1600' home ready to get installed. Just need the land. We can't wait to see these set up.

Looks like a fantastic system. Any idea of lead times?

@Greg Dickerson Right now there are only three casitas and their 1600' prototype. Two of the casitas and the prototype are available to deploy in the local Las Vegas area right now and we are looking for a home for them. They are planning the factory as I type. Not sure of the the timelines but I've seen the wait list and it's in the thousands. How many will end up buying, who knows...but these things are pretty fantastic in my opinion.

Omar has there been any recent changes with this? Boxable seem to be doing very well, but is still not available in Las Vegas. I'm looking to build a Casita/poolhouse for use as a short term rental in Summerlin.

It's going phenomenal. They're in the process of being picked up and going public with a SPAC. If you need help getting one installed let me know.

What's the permitting and inspection process like? I wonder if they would be banned some places due to inspections

What's the cost savings on this vs building a house on a slab?
Is there a stackable version?

  You know it's coming along. It has its issues as its new and changing but nothing that a little grit can't overcome. A 20x20 is currently going for $60k but what you really save is time. After site prep the house can be unloaded and set up in a few hours. Yes they're stackable as well as some other layouts they are coming out with including a townhouse model, check out their website.
