Has anyone had experience working with prefab/modular builds for 2-4 units in the San Francisco bay area? I checked a few online and most were either not available in the bay area or only dealt with SFR.
Which builders would you recommend (in SoCal) and what's the approx. time from start to finish including permits? In SoCal I would specifically be interested in LA.
