Newbie investor in Egg Harbor City NJ
Putting myself out there to BP. I'm new to investing. I just brought a duplex in Egg Harbor City, NJ. With a detached garage converted to a 2 Br, 1Ba. Right now that's not livable. Needs major work from floor to ceilings gut job. I have a PM. I live about 90 minutes away. Both tenants are on month to month. My next step is to terminate one lease and renovate the 1 Br, 1Ba unit.
