I work in a country that don't allow the foreigners investing in real estate, So can I just buy a rental properties in another country and deligate it's management to a professional company there? Since I can't leave my job right now!

Hey @Majid Kamil welcome! I'm not sure what country you are working in but I gather that you are not a citizen of that country. If you'd like to purchase real estate in that country I'd lean on finding a local agent and lender that operate in that market. I anticipate if they don't know the answer off hand to the question they will at least have some contacts that will be able to assist you.
I personally have been looking into buying property in Scotland and it is difficult to find info out there on the process of purchase property across country lines so I do sympathize!
