This one goes to the Flippers and Buy & Holders in the West Georgia area, particularly Atlanta, Columbus, and Lagrange area. As a new investor, I want to know what are some other areas about an hour or two hours out from Atlanta that investors take interest in.

Hello Jordan,
House flipping is what we see a majority of investors taking part in. It can be done fairly quick and you can see great returns on your investment. With our deals closing in about 5 days, flipping houses can become quick. Besides from house fix/flip, there are many different avenues you could go down. One being the airbnb route. Its a great stream of passive income!

I think the location depends on your strategy. Are you wanting to buy and hold, flip, wholesale, or something else? We buy and hold in Newnan but finding deals has been tough the last year or so (like everywhere else). I see a lot of opportunity in Grandville and Hogansville as people are priced out of Newnan
