20 years old looking for my first deal

Posted

Hello everyone,

My name is Christopher, I live in Woodland Hills CA, and I am currently a student at UCLA. Ive always known I want to get started on my real estate journey early, but I am ready to completely jump in and grab my first properties in the next few years (before I start law school). As of now I am trying to soak as much knowledge from bigger pockets books, videos, podcasts, etc. I started  a COVID disinfection business which allowed me to raise up some cash that I've been saving up to eventually put a downpayment on my first property. Curious to know if anyone has any advice for a college student who wants to dive in to this world. Thank you so much. Hope everyone has a great day!
