    What type of Commercial Investment?
Gas Stations, Multifamily Units (Apartments), Warehouse, Strip Malls, or a Hotel?
Each Venture Requires a Down payment and some of the above mention require you to have some type of previous experience. The only one that really doesn’t have to have that much experience or Down Payment is the Multifamily, but you would have to show that the Apartment Complex is giving you a good Return before a Lender will give you money. Also a Great FICO Score and sometime good Partners will help a Commercial Deal go through as well. Hope that helps!

Hello, My clients tell me that it is a different world in the commercial property area. They also tell me that their is a lot more money to be made in the commercial area than the residential. But I also agree with Jandr, there are different types of commercial properties and procedures that need to be followed. I hope this helps.
