I have a deal in Myrtle Beach South Carolina and I have been struggling with finding a closing attorney that is investor friendly or even knows what double closings/assignments are.

@Bradley Letts Tide Law might be able to help you. I used them on a 2nd home purchase in the area but he seemed fairly knowledgeable about investment properties so he might be able to assist with what you are trying to do with your wholesale contracts.
