Looking for , wholesalers , investor friendly agents, contractors

Hey Everyone my name is Amir , I am going full throttle this up coming year , and i'm currently re searching a ton of things to assemble my real estate investing team. Im mainly trying to operate on the west side of Georgia , and i'd really appreciate if anyone has any pointers on how to network or give me any references . Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help.

@Amir Johnson, great to see your drive to take action in real estate investing. I'd advise networking/connecting with an investment-focused real estate agent first. More often than not, a resourceful real estate agent will already have contacts with lenders, contractors, handymen, PMCs, etc. What investment strategy are you looking to implement? LTR? STR? Flips? House hack? Rent-by-the-room? Interestingly enough, my last recent transactions have all been in Austell and Mableton. Feel free to give me a call, text, email, etc. if you have any real estate-related or market-specific questions (contact info listed in my bio).

No one is going to team up with you if you can’t keep them busy and learn from you. Go through all the steps your team will in finding deals and build out a process for your people to follow. Most flaws come from the process a employer has, not the employee

Hi @Amir Johnson Meet ups are a great way to see who people are working with and what is working in your area. Finding a great realtor is also key. Investor Friendly Agents will understand your goals and help you with the strategies.
