Hey BP fam!
Looking to connect with anyone actively living, investing, or considering investing in the markets in both Wesley Chapel, FL and the Westshore Marina District in Tampa, FL. Both are within about 45 mins of each other yet very different areas.
If so, please share what you own or plan to invest in? Those knowledgable in these markets, please share as well! Would love any insight, and, am looking forward to connecting.
I've lived in Wesley Chapel and I still live next door to WC in Land O Lakes. Also, I have or have had investments in surrounding areas such as Dade City, San Antonio, Zephyrhills, Land O Lakes, and Webster. Mostly 1-4 units, but this year I am looking to include multifamily. I would be glad to connect.
@Katelyn Atcavage Robideaux- Hi! It looks like you yourself are located in Sarasota. If you are not already going to local meetups I would definitely start there in terms of finding more info. Usually at least one person will know or have answers to at least some of those questions. If you are already doing that, try a different one, or ask your colleagues who they may know with info on that if they cannot answer the question themselves. Good luck!

I am a mortgage broker in the Tampa area and am well versed in those areas. I am curious as to why you chose those two areas? Both are very popular right now!!! My office is actually in West Shore and the area is highly desirable, property values are pretty high there! Wesley Chapel is a great area located outside of the city but a lot of buyers and investors have been pushed out of the city due to the rising costs of properties in the city (see Westshore haha). Wesley Chapel is a fast growing area. There are restaurant, bars and other entertainment venues starting to flood the area, great investment area. What are you specifically trying to learn about the area? I have looked in that area before and it is similar to the other surrounding areas (Riverview, Brandon, Etc).
