Up! Also wanted to get anyone's feedback from those who have tried Thach Nguyen's mentorship program. Is it work it - I think it is around $10k. Wondering if this is just a course + Q&A. Or whether they will actually guide and help you in doing your BRRRs.

I met someone that did it and I believe he said there's a bunch of modules in it. I don't think he actually got to connect with Thach either. Fact-check that though because I haven't personally gone through it.
@Nett Victoria what type of support are you looking for and what type of investing? My group supports aspiring investors and walks them through the brrrr process.
