Hey All,

I'm a new investor looking to get into the multi family game this year with my first rental property. Looking to network and meet people doing what i want to be doing. I am a self trained marketer with tons of experience in FB/YT ads, lead nurture / SMS marketing and own a call center in the solar space. Would love to connect and exchange value!

you already have the tools to do this.

turn your callers toward sfr's. 

find off market motivated sellers.

there is nothing more to say here.
