Hi guys, I'm curious what your experience with short term rentals in the Nashville area have been like. I heard that there is a big market for travel nurses looking for short term rentals- anyone had success with that?

It's a very popular market for STRs due to the diverse industry it has to offer.
I have investors running STRs who are doing really well.
What you're referring to is more so MTRs - mid term rentals. For that, you need to try push for lower priced units that can be rented for under $1k/room/month. Assuming you're targeting travelling nurses.
