Investors in DFW- is there a focus on a single asset class for you?

Hi BP peeps-

Investors that invest strictly passively in real estate in these TX areas: Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Denton, Grapevine, Irving, Mckinney, Allen, Southlake, Keller. Is there a focus on a single asset class for you? I would love to know which one and why?

Appreciate your feedback.
