Why many Dollar General store properties are for sale now ?

I am seeing many DG properties (NNN) are for sale ? Is there any reason why many coming to the market ?

Have you even seen TikTok video of kids go there to have some fun?

It used to be kids going to the mall for small cosmetics or candies.

Now they do it for their home goods XD

Toilet paper, toothpaste, bread.. you name it.

Pretty sure many blue state's humanitarian law didn't help the situation.

Also the insurance in ghetto went up like never.

I saw something recently where they don't have the best business practices. Obviously, that could have something to do with it. Not a lot of employees, and the employees they do have are overworked.
