That's not terrible, but really depends on the doors you use - they range a lot in price.
Stay away from cheap steel doors, they ding up and look like crap after a few years. Whenever possible we do not install a storm door, unless you are in the open on the west side of a house with modern doors it is not really necessary. Labor should be about one full day for a handyman to pick up and install both doors, that's about $300.
