Real Estate Investing in Puerto Rico

Hi all - are there any articles or help dedicated to Real Estate invested in Puerto Rico? PR is technically part of the US, as a territory, but it doesn't show up on any of your tools for finding lenders, real estate agents, etc... I want to use Bigger Pockets products (or others like it), but it seems they don't provide coverage for PR, which is a shame.

Do anyone have any resources dedicated to this market? I'm interested in investing in real estate there but haven't found a lot of information on how to do things in PR, lenders or dedicated/trustworthy Real Estate agents. Where you would suggest looking or does anyone have any recommendations? It would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance all :)
