Seeking Guidance and Mentorship!

Hello everyone!

First off, I apologize for the long ramble ahead, but I want to give you all a clear picture of where I'm at. I'm new to real estate investing and looking to start with wholesaling, as most of my readings suggest it's a good entry point. My ultimate goal is to acquire multifamily units. However, right now, I'm in search of a mentor. I envision this relationship as a two-way street—I'm eager to offer as much value as possible, like identifying potential properties for investment or helping with digital tasks (like websites and social media).

I've recently set up my LLC here in South Carolina, but I'm somewhat unsure about the next steps, like where to find private money, locate properties, or structure owner financing for multifamily units. I've also started to assemble a potential team based in the Beaufort area, including attorneys, property inspectors, and an accountant. However, none of this matters until I can get a deal on the table.

Any guidance or mentorship from this community would be greatly appreciated as I navigate these first steps!
