Michael - I've always recommended "DIG" - Diversified Investors Group, who meets in Montgomery County and has a TON of events every month. They are one of the largest residential REIAs in the county. Also, if you're into Multifamily groups there is "Multifamily Mastery Meetup" that meets in Lansdale. Send me a message and I'll send you more info!
