Hey Stephanie, welcome back to Nashville! I work with investors to find off market deals, so I've gone to both TNREIA and REIN. They are both beneficial organizations that can bring insightful information and connect you with others like myself. They also both allow you to go to some of their meet ups without becoming a member, so you can try both and decide for yourself if one or both are a good fit. From my experience, the TNREIA group puts on great meet ups for Networking as well as Topic Specific Panels with Q & A. With REIN, I like that they have weekly meetups for different counties that are a bit less formal and that is a nice way to meet others near you.

Thanks, Ephraim! Any groups specifically you know of in Clarksville that are active? My first goal is to find a duplex for house hacking -- not sure what's next after that, but generally I'm just looking to build my network here.
