New to Wholesaling- looking to connect and learn
Hi Everyone!
My name is Ermithe Louidor, and I’m new to real estate wholesaling here in Massachusetts. I’m excited to dive into this space, learn as much as I can, and connect with other investors and wholesalers.
Currently, I’m focused on building my network, understanding the ins and outs of finding off-market deals, and learning how to properly analyze properties.
If anyone has advice for someone just starting out or is open to networking and collaborating, I’d love to hear from you!
